Vento Quante Strallic provides artisanal cooking experiences, culinary workshops, gourmet ingredient boxes, and related educational content through our website and physical location in Toronto, Canada.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Cooking Class Bookings

When booking cooking classes or workshops through our Service, you agree to the following terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided
• Participants must arrive on time for classes; late arrivals may not be able to participate fully

Ingredient Box Subscriptions

For our gourmet ingredient box subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis, as selected
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• We require 7 days' notice to cancel before the next shipment
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information
• Some ingredients may be substituted based on seasonal availability and quality

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vento Quante Strallic and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content

All recipes, instructional materials, photographs, videos, and written content provided through our Service are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Your Content

By submitting content to us (such as reviews, photos, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL VENTO QUANTE STRALLIC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vento Quante Strallic, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario). Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
